From Customers

AI Processing Data: AI-powered responses may involve sending form data to our AI models. On certain plans, Customers may bring their own AI models.
Enterprise Hosting & Storage: Enterprise customers have the option to host their own database, integrate their own LLM endpoint, or use on-premise hosting.

From Respondents

Form Responses: We collect and store the responses you provide in forms. The form creator (Customer) manages this data.
Anonymity: Customers may configure forms to collect anonymous responses.

From Website Visitors

Usage Data: We collect minimal data necessary to ensure our services function correctly.
Cookies & Tracking: We use only functional cookies. We do not use tracking, analytics, or marketing cookies.
