From Customers

  • Billing Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing details such as name, address, and payment information. Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways, and we do not store credit card details.

  • Form Data: We store form content (questions and responses), which remains under your ownership. Customers may opt to store data in the US or EU, based on their subscription plan.
  • AI Processing Data: AI-powered responses may involve sending form data to our AI models. On certain plans, Customers may bring their own AI models.
  • Enterprise Hosting & Storage: Enterprise customers have the option to host their own database, integrate their own LLM endpoint, or use on-premise hosting.

From Respondents

  • Form Responses: We collect and store the responses you provide in forms. The form creator (Customer) manages this data.
  • Anonymity: Customers may configure forms to collect anonymous responses.

From Website Visitors

  • Usage Data: We collect minimal data necessary to ensure our services function correctly.
  • Cookies & Tracking: We use only functional cookies. We do not use tracking, analytics, or marketing cookies.
